Privacy notice
In effect since October 29, 2026.
This is what we do with the information you leave in the form on this site.
Who keeps your information
Fosdi Filinich, as an individual, responsible for fosdifilinich.com, based in Arequipa, Peru.
What information
In the Keto Method form:
- Your name, your WhatsApp number, your email and what you chose to improve.
- The page and the button you wrote to us from, and the code of the post if you came from one. That way we know how to help you.
- And, to stop abusive submissions, an encrypted fingerprint of the connection you wrote from and your browser type.
Who helps you
The Keto Method form is handled by Su Línea Fit, Fosdi Filinich's sales team, on WhatsApp at +1 (276) 400-8245. The WhatsApp buttons on the other pages take you straight to that same WhatsApp, with no form. If you write to us about the business, Su Línea Fit passes your message on to Fosdi Filinich.
What we use it for
To message you on WhatsApp and email you: to send you your free personalized plan and tips, to help you with what you asked for, and to follow up with you. We don't use it to show you ads.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. To receive it and help you, we use third-party services:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and receives the form. If our system isn't responding at that moment, Cloudflare stores your form temporarily, only until our system receives it and never for more than 14 days; then it's deleted.
- Google, if you accept cookies, receives information about your visit to measure it and to show you ads. It never receives what you type in the form.
We don't share form information with Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and the site doesn't use the Meta Pixel. If you continue the conversation on WhatsApp, which belongs to Meta, its own terms also apply there.
Health information
What you chose to improve is health information. We use it only to help you with what you asked for, and you give it to us with your express consent.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer you and help you; you can ask us to delete it anytime.
The database
It's kept in Fosdi Filinich's contacts database.
Cookies and advertising
Until you tap “Accept” on the cookie notice, the site doesn't load anything from Google or store cookies. If you tap “Decline”, it never loads. Your choice is saved in your browser: it isn't a cookie and it isn't sent to anyone.
If you accept, the site loads the Google tag (Google Analytics 4, code G-XZV68YZPM6) with measurement and advertising turned on. It's used to know how many people visit the site, where they come from and which buttons they tap, and to show you Fosdi Filinich's ads on other sites and measure whether they work. These are its cookies:
- _ga and _ga_XZV68YZPM6, from Google Analytics: they tell one visit from another and remember your session. They last up to 2 years.
- Google's advertising cookies, which the same tag may use to show you ads and measure them. Their names and how long they last are set by Google.
Today the site doesn't load any other advertising tool, including the Meta Pixel. If one is ever added, this notice and the cookie notice will say so first.
You can change your choice anytime: in “Change my cookies”, at the bottom of the pages, or here: Change my cookies. If you withdraw your consent, the site stops loading the Google tag, and the cookies already stored stop being used on this site. To delete them, use your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, anytime. Message us on WhatsApp at +1 (276) 400-8245.
If we don't handle your request, or you don't agree with our answer, you have the right to file a complaint with Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection (Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales).
